Reservations and Payment Terms:

 

All payments are final and non-refundable but transferable with approval from management. Payment in US funds is accepted via cash, wire transfer, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, or traveler’s checks payable to Acadia Charter Company LLC. Additionally, major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted for your convenience.

 

Cancellation and Weather Provisions:

 

In the event of extreme weather conditions posing a danger to be on the water, the owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. However, please note that all payments are final and non-refundable. The Captain is vested with the authority to make the final decision regarding the necessity of rescheduling a charter due to extreme weather. It's important to clarify that rain alone does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling.
